Several years ago, my oldest daughter casually said, "Let's all move". After living in Venice Florida for 35 years, I said, "OK". From that moment on, a goal was set and plan was in motion.
Now to find a realtor that would work hard for us to accomplish our goals. My oldest daughter is a schoolteacher and did her research and the best man for this task turned out to be Brad Tritschler of Signature Sotheby's International Realty. He grew up in Venice and knew the neighborhoods and trends in the market. He was experienced. The real estate market was declining, so we knew he had a difficult task ahead. He started with the oldest daughter's family house in South Venice. He came prepared with statistics and suggestions. They followed his advice and negotiated a price and the house sold in less than six months. My youngest daughter and her three girls' house were next. She made the recommended improvements and agreed on a price. For example, one day he came to her house and said, "I think we should paint the front door another color". She did and had an offer the next day. Her house was on the market less than six months.
My mother and I were next. I had made the suggested minor repairs and suggestions that Brad gave me. The cleaners were done and the sign went up in the yard on Friday and by Monday, I had two offers, one of which was a cash offer. Bingo, house sold. Brad followed up on all the closing details as he always does and the closing was less than thirty days. My mother and I moved to South Carolina, her house went on the market immediately, and her house sold in one week. As of June 2009, we all live in South Carolina. Our goal was accomplished, thanks to Brad’s hard work.
Brad is very good at what he does. He is extremely efficient, professional and always follows through. He was in constant contact with us and always returned our phone calls. He knows the real estate business and he knows the right people to get the job done.
As you can guess, we think he is the best.

We interviewed a number of agents before asking Brad Tritschler to work with us to sell our home. His enthusiasm, energy and sincerity were a few of the traits that sold us on him. When we started to look for a winter home on the Gulf coast, I looked at as many realtor Web sites as I could find and tried to use them to get the type of information my wife and I needed. My husband and I had been thinking of buying a second home in Florida for the last year or so but it was only when I discovered Brads website that the dream became reality. One evening I was looking on the internet for homes in the venice area and I came upon Brads site, not only was the site real easy to use but full of information of the area, I also liked his photo as he looked easy to talk to.
I began looking on his MLS listings when I found the perfect house for us we so I sent an e-mail asking for more details and soon had an answer from Brad asking me to contact him which I did. I should perhaps tell you that we are not american and live in France so it was quite exciting to make an appointment to see the house in question. Four days later we arrived in Florida and from the moment we met Brad we felt very comfortable with him,he really looked after us in every way possible, we saw the house, fell in love with it, and started the negotiations, 4 days later our offer had been accepted we'd seen someone for insurance, had the house inspections done, organised the payment and the closing with an attorney and even arranged for utilities and electricity services!
Wow and all that thanks to Brad who organised everything for us, we'd never have believed it was possible to get everything done in the space of a few days, especially buying property in a foreign country. We flew back to France 6 days after seeing the house for the first time and the closing papers were signed 2 days after.
We are now the proud owners of a beautiful little home, and we know we have Brad to thank for it, he really went out of his way to help us and couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for a $100,000 property or a $1,000,000 property don't hesite we're sure you wont find better than Brad, we'd recommend him to anyone.
