When we started to look for a winter home on the Gulf coast, I looked at as many realtor Web sites as I could find and tried to use them to get the type of information my wife and I needed. I recently purchased a beachfront condo on Siesta Key using Brad Tritschler as my real estate agent. Wow and all that thanks to Brad who organised everything for us, we'd never have believed it was possible to get everything done in the space of a few days, especially buying property in a foreign country. We flew back to France 6 days after seeing the house for the first time and the closing papers were signed 2 days after.

We are now the proud owners of a beautiful little home, and we know we have Brad to thank for it, he really went out of his way to help us and couldn't have been more helpful. If you're looking for a $100,000 property or a $1,000,000 property don't hesite we're sure you wont find better than Brad, we'd recommend him to anyone.
